Miner Broadband has been acquired by Node 1 Internet of Linton, Indiana. Visit the Node 1 web page to learn more about Node 1.
Miner Broadband mail has previously been hosted on ACC Inc. servers in Ohio. As part of the transition of Miner Broadband to Node 1 Technology, a Linton company, the hosting of Miner Broadband home page and mail is being moved to Node 1 servers here in Linton.
Access to the former server(s) required a userid and password. Node 1 servers host multiple domains which requires supplying the full email address rather than just the userid, thus:
mail login for johndoe changes from johndoe to johndoe@minerbroadband.com.
The result of this is minor for webmail users, just be sure to enter your email-address at the login prompt at http://minerbroadband.com/webmail.
The result for users of PC mail clients such as Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunderbird, etc. is a need to reconfigure your mail client to provide the email address instead of the userid. This can be best accomplished from the webmail page presented just after webmail login which has a link to client configuration.
For many clients, all that is required is clicking the configuration link for your client. Otherwise, the configuration details are provided in the manual setup section.

Node 1 support technicians are available to help during business hours at 812-512-9509.
